We believe in acknowledging and celebrating the exceptional efforts of our dedicated staff. The FSPS Foundation Recognition Program is designed to honor those who go above and beyond in their commitment to student success to honor those who go above and beyond in their commitment to student success and educational excellence.
We are excited to add this recognition program to the work that we do with the district. We will be recognizing individuals who are committed to being their personal best for FSPS students. These are new employees and seasoned employees who are strong examples of leadership, respect, kindness and enthusiasm in their work.

FSPS Foundation Recognition Program
Our program features three distinct awards, each celebrating a unique aspect of our employees' contributions. Aligned with the district's focus on collaborative teams, strong relationships, process development, and career focus, these awards underscore our commitment to enhancing the quality of education. The FSPS Foundation accepts quarterly nominations from all school employees, students, parents, and the community to ensure that we recognize all deserving employees.

Ignite Award
Presented to employees with five years or less of service at FSPS, the Ignite Award honors new team members whose enthusiasm, positive energy, and dedication shine bright. Recipients demonstrate an unwavering commitment to student success, continuous professional growth, and the development of strong leadership skills.
Every Day Leader Award
Open to all FSPS employees, the FSPS Every Day Leader Award celebrates individuals who lead through their actions, demonstrating dedication, excellence, and a commitment to making a difference every day.
